Left for the airport at 5:15am with a huge hangover from a small gathering last time.   I was worried about putting the wing back on the trike, but that went without a hitch and I was airbourne by 7:30 am

A beautiful calm flight up the coast finishing off with a quick trip around some shallow water at about 10 feet – the best part of flying a trike.

Now holed up in a backpackers that only costs $2.50 per night.   Unfortunately some unsavoury characters around so a quiet night for me.

Tomorrow Beira and maybe beyond.   A decision to turn westwards to cover the Zambezi up to Livingstone and Victoria Falls or continue up the coast awaits me.

Fuel used: approx 25 litres.
Avgas: Available.
